  1. I have the exact same problem, however I have reset the password several times, and tried different browsers and have cleared all cookies with no luck at all.

Sorry to hear that, Jeffrey. It sounds like there may actually be a problem with your account on Amazon that’s slightly different than the one mine had.

If you haven’t already tried it, I’ve found chatting with Amazon support to be amazingly helpful (“live chat” as opposed to a phone call). Hope it works out for you!

it seems that root users have one logon page, and users defined via IAM have another. If you logon as root and go to the IAM page, you will see on top the following message:

    IAM users sign-in link:
    https://xxxxxx.signin.aws.amazon.com/console

that is the URL for a user defined in the IAM console. This solved my issue.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Richard! I’ve never even tried to log in on the Amazon website with an IAM user… I usually only use those accounts for API and programmatic access. Glad to know this…

There was a problem with your Amazon API request. This is the error Amazon returned:
AWS.ECommerceService.NoExactMatches: We did not find any matches for your request.
how can i fix it ?

      Hi Ruby,

Sorry… I’m not using any auto-blogging tools. Sounds like you might need to contact support for WP Robot about that one.

I wish I could be more help!

      Cheers

    Yeah. Same here.

For the last three days, I’ve been trying to log into my Amazon account and that’s one thing that happened to me. But, another thing is that they want me to verify my account by entering a code that is sent to my e -mail. I haven’t gotten the code at all, which is strange because I did put the right e mail address on my Amazon account. I did send a e – mail to Amazon Help about my log in issue, but they never got back to me. Is any other suggestions?

      Hey Dan,

Sorry to hear about your trouble. If you haven’t received an email response from Amazon, my recommendation would be to initiate a phone call to them.

This link works if you’re not logged in to your account and need help getting back in. You’ll see an option there to select “Phone” as your contact method.

I do hope this helps! Please keep us posted!

I should add I have been locked out of my account with this error for over 4 weeks now and cannot respond to my customers.

Yikes. Sorry to hear about that, Daniel. If/when you get this resolved, perhaps you could come back here and let us know what it took to get it fixed? I’m sure others will be helped in the future from what you have to share.
