This link works if you're not logged in to your account and need help getting back in. You'll see an option there to select "Phone" as your contact method. I do hope this helps! Yeah. Same here.

For the last three days, I’ve been trying to log into my Amazon account and that’s one thing that happened to me. But, another thing is that they want me to verify my account by entering a code that is sent to my e -mail. I haven’t gotten the code at all, which is strange because I did put the right e mail address on my Amazon account. I did send a e – mail to Amazon Help about my log in issue, but they never got back to me. Is any other suggestions?

Sorry… I’m not using any auto-blogging tools. Sounds like you might need to contact support for WP Robot about that one.

i use wp robot but not posting automatic, even i already set every 4 hour
Skipping post because the main module (title module) returned an error. ?
There was a problem with your Amazon API request. This is the error Amazon returned:
AWS.ECommerceService.NoExactMatches: We did not find any matches for your request.
how can i fix it ?

Thanks for sharing your experience, Richard! I’ve never even tried to log in on the Amazon website with an IAM user… I usually only use those accounts for API and programmatic access. Glad to know this…
