As of a few minutes ago, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune is reporting that the commissioners have voted on Robert Bartolotta as the next City Manager of Sarasota.  Mr. Bartolotta is quite experienced, having served in various City Manager positions, including Dover, Delaware and, more recently, Jupiter, Florida.

Kudos to the commissioners on a wise choice.
